becoming a great rider ... Horsemanship Knowing about horses Barn Safety - this is a top priority Terminology - learning the lingo Grooming - how to keep the horse looking and feeling good Breeds and Colors - different kinds and various colors they come in Conformation and Anatomy - parts of the horse, and how they move Various Riding Disciplines - different things to do with horses Handling - leading, approaching, and working around horses Feeding - how to keep horses healthy and strong Medical Care - what you can do, and when a veterinarian is needed Tack We pride ourselves in combining all of these skills in our program to create the
best possible riding experience. Our lessons are tailored to each students ability
and as they acquire more skills they can progress through our four levels of achievements. |
